How the return works

Open the returns portal , select the item and create the return label.

Package goods securely. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Hand over the package and keep the receipt.
Return fee
A fee applies for returns. The amount depends on the country and is automatically displayed in the returns portal. We deduct the fee from the purchase amount when issuing a refund.
